I have recently joined a gym and have started taking these in the hope that they will help get rid of the excess fat around my middle that I have gained since menopause. It's too early to see if these are working yet. There are a lot of supplements out there that claim to burn through fat, but all they did was keep me awake at night and make me feel hungry all the time! Based on other reviews, I am hoping that these will make a difference this time!These come in a small resealable pouch. It does not tell you how to take these. I am assuming you take one a day as there are 30 in the pack. It would be helpful to know whether you take these with a glass of water or before food, with food, after food? At the moment I am having them with my breakfast, but for all I know these may work better overnight. No information on the product page either.

Ok, so at first I was skeptical these were working so I finished my first packet then didn't get any more. My weight had really hit a plateau and I wanted to try and boost my metabolism so I thought I'd try them again. I have had almost instant effects of weight loss (combined with exercise and a healthy diet).Update: I am back at a plateau and they don't seem to be helping at all. The weight loss may have just been a coincidence rather than the tablets working. I have reduced my star rating to reflect this. The product itself gave me no side effects and were easy to take. Just not sure they are helping. Just need to keep at the exercise and healthy eating!

Been using this for a week, I have to say the energy level it gives me is fantastic. It’s not rush like but slow release . Definitely sweating during my training which was expected . No unpleasant aftertaste, as well I haven’t noticed any stomach problems after a week of use or any other side effects. Supposed to be appetite suppressant,well what it does for me is I don’t have sugar cravings anymore. I am not snacking anymore. We’ll see how it goes with weight but I definitely feeling energised & great . Happy with my purshase tho. Thank u .

I can’t believe after two weeks but all my muscular pains including back ache have gone since taking these.I do think they are helping with my food intake and i definitely feel less bloated.Somebody said it doesn’t tell you how to take it does.One a morning with water.

I think the listing claim of dramatic results in 30 days is a bit over exagerated. And I'm very dissapointed that this doesn't list the ingredients with their amounts, as the last thing I want to be doing is having too much caffeine in one go when having alongside cups of coffee, so its annoying they haven't listed how much caffeine there is per serving.I can't say I feel much different from having this. I have been slowly losing weight each week, but that has been happening anyway even before taking these, so its unclear how much these are helping. Although I think they are certainly helping in some way in the background, so I am going to continue taking them daily and might even get some more for my longer term fat loss goals.So mixed feelings overall, I think I would recommend them, but I wish they would tell you the amounts of each ingredient, especially the caffieine.
