I’ve been sleeping much more comfortably and waking up less sticky and restless. Why did you choose this product over others?:After seeing all the reviews, thought I would give it a try, but here is my honest opinion. On a day in the UK where its around 23c and you go a bed feeling cool, yes, this thing does its job and does give a nice cooling effect which allows you to go to sleep fairly quickly. The issues comes if you typically wake up in the night, because when you do, you are toasting hot, and then will have to throw the blanket off. On my first night, it was 23c in the day, cooled down at night, went a bed and for the first time in ages, went all through the night, but did wake up very warm at 7am. Then came a day where it was 29c in the day and went a bed feeling hot. For the first couple of minutes of being under the blanket, you get a cooling effect, but it warms up very quickly and that's where the problem lies with this blanket. It's pretty good as long as the day temp outside stays around 23c / 24c, but for hotter days and warmer nights, you do get hot within 5 minutes of being under it, which defeats the point of the blanket as you end up throwing it off and putting the fan back on.Temperature control:Great when Day Temps are 23c / 24c, any higher it looses its effect.
