Arrived damaged. Even before opening the package could tell it has leaked all over. And impossible to get a refund. The issue was not with the product but with delivery and still the only option I have is to contact the manufacturer?

Malgré une bonne odeur et une bonne texture, j'ai reçu le produit dans l'état des photos comme si il as déjà été utilisé et laisser ouvert longtemps. La bouteille est légère, sûrement qu'il doit manquer pas mal de quantité. Malgré tout sur les cheveux blonds il est parfait, il peut rendre pendant un petit temps les ongles violet mais ça c'est pas encore gênant. Produit non gras, non collant. C'est un petit plus
No se puede devolver
Cuando llego vi que tenía sulfatos y quise devolverlo y no me dio la opción, esta tal cual sin abrir, deberían dejar devolverlo o indicar que lleva sulfatos
A Better Blonde
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I highlight my dark blonde hair once a year, and am at about 10 months of grow out, so I have been hoping to find something that could extend and restore the look of my highlights until I have them redone. I got some other products in this line, and I wanted to try them together to see if I like the overall effect.Works well:This shampoo has helped tone some of my old blonde, making it shinier and more vibrant. My hair has a sheen to it that it did not have before. I feel like I have “expensive” hair that shimmers with dimension.Hair softness:I wasn’t expecting my hair to feel softer from using this line, but it has been a bonus benefit.Color:After using this shampoo a few times, I noticed that my highlighted blonde was blending better with my natural hair color, & had more of a natural ashy tone.Value for money:Works far better than others I have tried at a higher cost.Shampoo quality:The effects of this shampoo are excellent. I like to mix some of this purple shampoo with one of the other BlondMe shampoos & use them at the same time. I do find that it takes a good bit of water to get a decent lather. It is not one of those shampoos where I can just wet my hands & apply the shampoo & that’s enough. Rather, I need to apply it to my hands & then put my hands into the water stream to get it wet enough to build a good lather.
