I like that you can take these orally, they don’t taste bad but they are a bit hard to swallow but the capsules do help with that, 4 days into taken theses I felt dizzy a lot which is really unusual. The whole point in me starting to takes these is I’m constantly getting UTI’s & wanted to help reduce the amount of times I need to either go to the doctors for antibiotics or drink 2 litres of fluid a day to flush it out of my system

Good quality capsules.These capsules are to help support women’s health.The probiotics supports the yeast balance and well as help clear up any uti symptoms.The capsules are easy to swallow with no strong aftertaste.

Finding probiotics that agree with me is difficult. There are some that have made me feel sick from week known brands. This one surprisingly put me at ease and helped a fair bit! I noticed benefits within a few days where I had better digestion and comfort. These are a single capsule a day supplement providing you with a month's worth in total. No adverse reactions so would definitely recommend :)

I’m still in the early stages of testing this product out. However as someone who suffers with this particular area of the body! I can say I have seen a difference in the small amount of time since taking these!
