I live at the top of a very big hill and wasn’t sure it would be any good, it does get up but needs a little help from the pedals as do most hills I’ve found, throttle only mode is great on flat ground. Instructions are very vague but it’s fairly easy to figure out. Battery so far is excellent but do be warned throttle only is really only for the flat, the bike gives loads of uphill assist but you do need to pedal too. The bike looks great, the picture on here really doesn’t give credit to it at all, it’s a great looking bike! So in summary, it’s a fantastic piece of kit, I wouldn’t be without it after just 2 days but don’t expect it to pull up a hill on throttle only mode because it does need pedalling, it’s an easy 5 star review from me and I wouldn’t dream of returning it!Had the bike a while now and thought I’d update having used it more.I still absolutely love it, it’s amazing and has very good power, it will tackle hills with just a little help. I’m not sure on the battery doing the distance it claims but I live in a very hilly town and up a very big hill so probably not a fair judgement really.Theres no way in this world I would dream of returning it still, its fantastic and good, fairly easy exercise it certainly does very nearly all the work up the biggest of hills. I have a squeaky back brake that won’t stop but that really is my one and only complaint, an easy fix and not a problem. My advice would be buy this bike, the only regret you’ll have is not buying it sooner! Excellent piece of machinery and excellent price too!

I got this bike for my husband who is quite fit. Lately he has back problems and has had back surgery. He loves it! With every opportunity he is out and about for miles. This bike gives him his freedom again and is helping him up hill when needed to gain his fitness back. It's very sturdy. Easy to build with the instructions. The battery goes for miles before needing charged. Well worth the money.Very happy customer and husband.

Arrived swiftly pretty straightforward to put together (most is pre assembled) only fiddly bit was the light but with a 2nd pair of hands job done really quick and smooth very comfortable and silent, don't see any reason to buy a more expensive one. Great lights loud horn, mud guards included and looks great 👍

This bike is perfect for my journey, it was delivered quickly, easy to assemble with all the tools you need supplied. It is sturdy, battery charges quickly and lasts for a good time. I highly recommend this bike.

Great bike easy enough to assemble and tweak. I’m autistic and managed ok, great for helping me get about without needing a car. I’ve not had the full range out of it, but depends on a lot of factors. Plenty of range for me and easy to charge. Great customer service 👍
