This tool has been a great addition to my garden equipment. It’s well built with a strong, sturdy frame that feels like it will last for years. The padded handle makes it much more comfortable to grip and use, even for longer periods.It’s very effective at doing the job – the prongs go into the ground easily and help loosen up compacted soil without too much effort. It works especially well after rain or light watering when the ground is softer.Storage is also easy, as it’s not too bulky and hangs neatly in the shed. Overall, it’s simple, efficient, and well designed. Perfect for anyone looking to improve their lawn without the hassle of big machines.

The manual core aerator is solidly built and feels very sturdy. It does require some assembly, which is a bit fiddly, but I was impressed that all the necessary tools were included. Unfortunately, the ends of the aerator aren’t sharp enough, and I found it difficult to pierce the ground—even with reasonably soft, amended soil. I managed to improve it by sharpening the tips with a metal grinder, but for anyone expecting it to work straight out of the box, this will likely be frustrating. For that reason, I wouldn’t recommend this product.

I was disappointed that it was not friable but the bags contained many large and small lumps which had to be broken down before the lawn dressing could be spread. Very time consuming!Not as sandy as I expected.

The Jardineer Manual Core Aerator is a must-have for any garden enthusiast.Its sturdy build and sharp steel tines make aerating your lawn a breeze, even in compacted soil.It’s light enough to use without breaking a sweat, yet tough enough to get the job done.I particularly love the easy-to-grip handle that helps with leverage.However, I do think the tines could be a bit longer for deeper penetration.Generally, it's a solid, effective tool for anyone wanting to improve their lawn’s health.

Every year I endlessly rake my lawn to remove the thatch in the hope of inspiring fresh growth. It's a thankless task. But for far too long I relied on raking over aerating. I tried this out over a period of two months and it's very noticeable how the grass has responded to it. Increasing airflow to the ground improves growth and less thatch seems to be appearing. The aerator itself is very well made - rugged, sturdy, and solid. I tend to use this now every few weeks, and I could not be happier with the results.
