The capsules are a typical size and not too hard to swallow. It’s early days taking these capsules but I already feel the benefits. They are a good price and I would definitely recommend these. Also the container is flat, and designed to fit through a letterbox and are made for easy storage. I love the fact the containers are recyclable

They say there is never too much of a good thing. Well, I think in the case of these pills that might be the case. With almost 4 times the recommended daily intake per pill, these capsules are convenient but difficult to dosage out for those (like me) who are just taking selenium to complement a healthy diet.

We have only recently found out the benefits of selenium and our primary focus is trying to not get ill as much.And so far we have found they work really well. And when ill it has been less impactful. A lot less. We have no way of knowing for sure how much it does but our experience has only been positive.These provide all the benefits at a pretty good price. They are max strength and you get loads on there. With water they are easy to swallow. For the price they are pretty good.

I get selenium for my partner as she has an undera active thyroid and selenium is a core supplement to aid with this.aAs with all supplements results will naturally vary person to person.These are high content if the core ingredient. Standard size so easy to swallow.The core benefit , aside from the health related element, of this product is the fact you get a 4 month supply per bottle. I love this. Re-purchasing something every month is a personal bug bear. This item means you only need to replace it 3 times a year, and the price is a bargain, under £30 for your whole years supply!
