I’ve always struggled with the taste of apple cider vinegar, so these capsules are a perfect solution—same benefits, no strong taste. They’re easy to take and great for digestion without any stomach discomfort.Garcinia Cambogia is new to me, but I’m impressed! It gives me an energy boost before workouts and helps curb cravings. The quality and packaging are excellent, and the pills are easy to take. Overall, I’m really happy with this bundle!

These capsules are well packaged and look expensive. The ingredients are good quality, with the bonus of being both gluten free and vegan. I’ve known for a long time that apple cider vinegar is good for digestion and metabolism, but I can’t bear the taste of it. These capsules are a much more pleasant way to take it, they have no after taste at all. The other product included is garcinia combogia, which is new to me. The two supplements work in tandem to improve gut health and reduce bloating. I have been taking these for nearly three weeks now, and have started to feel the benefits. However, the instructions are to take a total of six tablets at a time, when I would much rather just take one of each product. So I’m not sure if I will be buying them again.

This is a great combo of supplements to help improve gut health. Apple cider vinegar aids in digestion whilst the Garcinia Cambogia combats bloating. Taken in tandem both supplements can help the body flush out toxins and improve general wellbeing.The capsules themselves are a bit in the chunky side but they are easier to swallow than you might think. The dosage is 3 capsules of each supplement a day so you have to take 6 capsules every time. I think this is a slight shame as it can be a bit of a pain taking so many capsules. Why not make the capsules slightly stronger so that you only need to take 4 or better still 2 (i.e. one capsule of each supplement).The supplements do appear to be making a positive difference to my digestive health but I have had the occasional bit of reflux from the apple cider vinegar capsules. Nothing to put me off continuing to take them though.The capsules come very nicely packaged and are vegan, gluten free and made with non-GMO ingredients in the UK. All plusses. However, at around £26 for a one month's supply I do think these supplements are on the expensive side compared with similar products.

I got these as I wanted to see if I could take apple cider vinegar in this format. I simply cannot stomach it in liquid form. Although the capsules have an aroma of this type of vinegar, I couldn’t really detect much of that in terms of taste. That’s even though you take three at a time, which is quite a mouthful for these ordinary looking capsules. As well as turmeric there’s also some cayenne pepper in addition to some other ingredients in the mix as part of this ‘superfood’ supplement.The small container has a gold coloured top and contains a thirty day supply. I’ve tried this for a week now with no ill effects. I haven’t noticed any particular effects either negative or positive so far, but as I suspect with most of these supplements, effects are cumulative.Regarding the Garcinia Cambogia, I couldn’t detect any odour from the capsules, but there was a slight taste of something that made me think of emulsion paint. So far, I’ve not had any side effects from these capsules which, like the others, are taken with meals and with water.These also contain Potassium and Chromium and there are no claims about their efficacy, only a note to say that results vary from person to person.Both containers are easily unscrewed and the labelling is tiny in parts.Will take time to assess the benefits if you can stay the course and can afford them longer term.

Good supplement that is easy to swallow
