I grabbed this Creatine Monohydrate Complex with BCAAs and Electrolytes a month ago to support my gym routine, and it’s been decent so far. The capsules are a nice change from powders or gummies—easy to swallow and no mess to deal with. With 120 in the pack, it’s a good supply for daily use, and I like that it’s vegan since I try to keep things plant-based. I take a couple before workouts, and they seem to help with energy and keeping me hydrated, probably thanks to the electrolytes. Nothing too noticeable, but I haven’t felt as wiped out after lifting.The combo of creatine, BCAAs, and electrolytes is supposed to aid performance and recovery, and I’d say it’s doing an okay job. My muscles don’t feel as sore the next day, and I’ve kept up with my usual sets without crashing. The bottle’s straightforward, and the capsules don’t have any weird aftertaste, which is a plus. It’s not a miracle supplement—gains are still slow and steady—but it’s convenient for anyone who doesn’t want to mix powders. For the price, it’s a fair option if you’re after a simple all-in-one capsule.

I do intensive a weight training five times per week and needed something to make me less tired.The price is great for what it offers. Just 2 mg creatine with additions gave me so much energy and stamina. My mental work has improved,too.I don't aim to have bigger muscles.Im definitely less tired and will repurchase the product.

Easy to swallow tablets with minimal after taste. Love creatinine supplementation, always see the effect with gym use and building muscle. These are probably better for people who aren't keen on the powder form.

This is a review of "Creatine Monohydrate Complex + BCAA's & Electrolytes | 120 Vegan Creatine Capsules for Women & Men (Not Creatine Powder, Gummies or Tablets) | Enhanced Performance & Recovery"My son is a big fan of taking creatine as part of his gym/fitness routine. He prefers the handiness of creatine gummies to the powdered stuff which needs to be mixed into his protein drink. The gummies however tend to be more expensive than the powder.These are capsules so they in theory are as handy as gummies - but obviously need to be swallowed in one go. The actual creatine dosage is comparatively low - only 500g per capsule - and they come with added salt and electrolytes. I will confess to know fully understanding the implications of this but my son did comment that pure creatine content would be preferable.At £3.99 (at time of review) these are very keenly priced on the face of it - but then they are not pure and the actual creatine content is low.Note: As a member of the Vine program I was supplied with this item free of charge. I will always provide an impartial and fair review of the product in question. I have felt minor improvements but I thought the smell was terrible, and pretty hard to swallow. Although I think they are a good product over all taking them is a horrible experience. I take a fair few meds and I take even less pleasure in taking these. But, I feel less lethargic and although I prefer other supplements these could work well. Decent value and a good sized supply.

Creatine is supposedly one of those wonder supplements that everyone should take for the rest of their lives especially for the over 50. You need to take 4 of these capsules a day, and make sure you don't take them at the same time as caffeine, or it negates the benefits.The capsules are obviously tasteless, and I haven't tried chewing them! They go down OK with a glass of water, no problems.Have I noticed the difference? Maybe, I'm just starting out increasing muscle gain and these are recommended to help with muscle growth. I think you just need to take the scientific research and keep at taking them. It is not always obvious with supplements if they are doing anything until the supplement is absent.The price of them is very reasonable so I will continue taking them.
