In our household, we take digestive enzymes regularly, including our dog (who loves her kefir yogurt at night time). Both my partner and I have been taking these, and we're now almost at the end (120 capsules in total; taking 2 pills a day, it gave each a 1 month worth). Personally, we didn't find any difference from our usual brand - these seem to be just as good.The bottle is as any other, plastic bottle with a twist-open. It has a safety seal, which is easy to open. The capsules are small, which makes it easy to swallow, and they are odourless. They don't taste of anything either, and they don't leave any aftertaste.The brand wasn't known to me, but my partner knows it, and mentioned to be trusted.Overall, our experience was a positive one, we didn't suffer any side affects. I would for sure recommend, for £23.99, you do get a good 2 months supply.

These "Ultra Digestive Enzymes Complex" supplements take the form of capsules as opposed to tablets. I know that's not the most groundbreaking thing in the world to say but sometimes people say tablets when they mean capsules or vice versa. In terms of size I would say they are regular sized capsules. I've uploaded a pic where you can see these capsules compared to a five pence piece.They come packaged in a regular plastic pill bottle with a twist-open cap, no child lock. Upon first opening there is a safety seal but after that when you open the bottle and try to sense a smell you will find the capsules are pretty much odourless. They are tasteless and leave no aftertaste either when they do go down the hatch. That's my impression at least, I knock them back with water too quickly to taste anything if it's there, but I don't believe it is.Of course it is early days and too early for me to speak of any health benefits but the tablets seem high quality and well made and I am happy to keep taking them for the next couple of months. Despite this being a large 120-pill sized bottle, the recommended intake is two pills per day which obviously only makes it a two-month supply (or 60 days) if you take the stated dosage. I haven't felt much in the first week or so of taking them, but importantly I haven't had any ill-effects either. I guess I will have to wait and see with my fingers crossed that the health benefits are real and manifest themselves in the long run. Given the relatively high cost of the bottle, the jury is out at the moment as to whether or not I would consider purchasing again in the future.

I got these for my elderly mum as she uses digestive enzymes regularly with each major meal. She says these disgestive enzymes are just as good as her usual brand but are slightly cheaper.Years ago my mum had her gall bladder removed and was experiencing stomach pain when she ate. I spent a good while trying to find a solution and realised that she needed help digesting her food (which she wasn't told!) I think it's useful to imagine the food you eat in a bowl of water. Some foods, like vegetable soup, will break down easily but some foods like protein and fat ie cheese, will sit there in a solid lump and may cause you issues.Digestive enzymes can help to digest those harder foods and prevent bloating and help to absorb nutrients. I'd recommend taking one with your two largest meals of the day.

These capsules are fairly small, so are very easy to swallow. The bottle arrives with two levels of seal - one on the outside of the bottle, and another across the opening.I've found these work well so far, and haven't experienced any adverse effects. You get 120 in a pack, at a recommended dosage of two when required, so they should go a reasonable way.
