When I opened the pack I felt something is not right as Besan/gramflour has a distinct smell but there was none. There was no aroma when I roasted besan in ghee to make ladoos; then I tried making Bhajis and when I mixed it with water it became gooey like gelatin. This is not pure besan/gramflour!! Do not buy!
