I don’t usually leave reviews, but these resistance bands exceeded my expectations! The quality is fantastic – the material feels durable and doesn’t snap or roll up during exercises. They come in a nice variety of resistance levels, which is perfect whether I’m doing light stretching or more intense strength training.I’ve been using them for squats, arm workouts, and even physical therapy stretches, and they’ve held up really well. Man bekommt 5 Widerstandsbänder in unterschiedlichen Stärken. Im Lieferumfang waren außerdem noch Polster, die man sozusagen als Griffe an den Bändern befestigen kann, eine Aufbewahrungstasche, ein Übungsblatt und eine Befestigungsmöglichkeit für die Tür enthalten.Die Widerstandsbänder machen auf mich einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Sie bestehen aus einem Teil und haben keine Nähte. Zudem fühlen sie sich gut an und ermöglichen ein Ganzkörpertraining.Man kann natürlich auch nur bestimmte Muskelgruppen trainieren. Dazu gibt es auch ein Blatt mit Übungen. Auf YouTube findet man aber auch gute Trainingsvideos.Man erhält mit diesem Set eigentlich alles, was man für ein Training braucht. Die Türbefestigung funktioniert auch gut. Man kann sein Training dadurch noch effektiver und abwechslungsreicher gestalten.
Ich freue mich auf das erste Training damit!
Die Bänder machen einen ordentlichen und sehr stabilen Eindruck. 5 Farben, 5 Schwierigkeitsgrade.Das Zubehör ist auch gut zu gebrauchen. Es braucht allerdings ein bißchen was, bis man verstanden hat wie man alles zusammenbaut.Das Training damit ist effektiv. Man kann jedes Band einzeln nutzen oder nach Bedarf und Härtegrad kombinieren.Ich freue mich schon auf das erste vollwertige Training damit!Gemessen am Preis ist Qualität und Lieferumfang völlig ok!

In verschiedenen Stärkegraden.Der Tür-Anker und der Hand-Schutz sind ebenfalls gutes Zubehör, genauso wie die Tasche zum Verstauen der Bänder.Hinsichtlich des Tür-Ankers würde ich darauf achten, bei fragilen Türen Vorsicht walten zu lassen und auf derjenigen Türseite zu üben, an welcher die Tür am Türrahmen aufliegt. Ansonsten zöge man eine nicht sehr stabile Tür noch aus ihrer Verankerung bzw. verzöge sie womöglich.
