Silicone in any form should not be ingested. It states one capsule per day but those with lung disease or other chronic conditions have much higher doses prescribed. No problem with swallowing when I do have issues with other capsules.Sleep: Love this brand as it helps me relax and sleep. Take 2 caps 30 mins before supper. Tremor: Strangely enough also found that this NAC reduces the tremors in my hands. Know there is loads of research corroborating the use of NAC in Parkinson’s Disease but never found a supplement that has had such a great effect on my tremors. I love painting as a hobby so this (for me) makes any price worth it!Thank you so much for manufacturing & selling such a high quality product!Have recommended it to so many people…

I'm a repeat buyer of this supplement. The product seems to be a high quality, good value for money and the vegan capsules are much easier to swallow than the tablets which I find stick to your throat. These have no flavour which is a bonus, my previous tablets would repeat on me for hours.Seems to be doing the job of removing biofilms. Great in combination with oregano oil.

Absolutely 10 stars to this product. It's helping me to think in a better way and out of negativity. I was lost in a world of low mood for a long time the moment I woke each morning and nothing else I did had seemed to be working. This product is a wonder pill to me. I use this along side my prescription medication. God bless to the makers! Thank you sincerely! It has saved me from suffering. It took one day to see the difference and I improve each day.
