Sent an email to ask a question about one of the motors it was completely ignored so customer service very poor, the model itself was fairly good except when operating the functions gearing was poor (not smooth when rotating)
Cool & Challenging Building Block Truck Set
PROS+Good Instructions+Challenges you to concentrate on each step+End product will be worth itNEUTRAL~There are well over 2000 pieces that need to be put together. Given this, it'll take awhile to get the product built.SUMMARYMy son and I have been getting into building models together. We thought this Reobrix Truck set would be a good challenge for us. We just started it and the truck is slowly coming together. It'll take us quite a bit of extra time to reach full completion but I am pretty sure the final model will be worth it!

Great Crane Build
The media could not be loaded. Real Reviews Real AssemblyRight off the bat this is a large technical build rated 14+. As a expert builder it took about 18 to 20 hours of dedicated assembly time (estimated) over 3 days to complete. This build works 100% and does everything as described... The following is my details.This kit comes in a nice picture box great for gifting. Once opened it contains 2 thick instruction manuals, a box of electronics, and 5 large bags of parts. The stickers for this kit are in the manual so you receive them in perfect condition as you should. The instructions are very detailed showing parts needed and pictures where they go. Also on the instructions each step is a few pieces so you do not get overwhelmed. The big bags are numbered 0-4.... And you will open 0+1 to start then when done 2 then 3 as you go along. As you see in my pictures the frame is 0-1... The cab is 2.... the crane base is 3 and the boom and finishing touches are 4. The blocks are good quality, fit good n tight, and the project is well designed to stay together.Now on the other side of things just like other kits from them no charging cord..... Now I have tons of old Android phone cords but it still should come with one..... One star minus instant... At Review time this kit is $132.99 and you get no extra parts... No minus but they should include extra pins/connectors.In the end it is a great build I ended up building twice as I lost my pictures/video. I thank Reobrix for the opportunity to review it but they need to do a little better. Solid 4 out of 5. God Bless, Richard W.P.S. Tip..... When assembling to make the switches buttery smooth put some Vaseline or Chapstick on the white sleeve before sticking it into the grey barrel.... It makes them slide so easy... :)
