I purchased this because someone had a large quantity of thermal print labels which they were going to bin. I did some quick research and this manufacturer comes out in the top few in most reviews I saw and the price was good. It was easy to set up, the print quality is fantastic and the print speed is quick. I had hoped to use it with a PC and print from Powerpoint or Excel but got frustrated with it printing small and sideways from what I wanted (I did not take the time to work through their technical service portal). Having an iPad and iPhone, I used the Labelnize app instead; it was easy to figure out and you can import lists from Excel files to print - that worked a treat. I 3D printed a simple holder for the label spools and it feeds great. Overall, I am really happy having purchased this printer - we will get a lot of use out of it.

Whilst the reviews were mixed, I decided to purchase the printer. Delivery was quick and set up was simple, however, the print quality was not good. It only printed about an inch on the left side of the label I tried to print and no matter what I tried, it was printing the same every time. I tried to contact the manufacturer to get support, without any success and eventually returned the printer, as faulty. Bolo was great with the return and refund. It was such a shame, as I really wanted it to work.

Once it started working, it was amazing!
Soooo I fought with this for an hour and all it would do was print blank labels... once out of every 5 or 6 tries it would print a test page. I had the label size set at 100x152 mm and after so many tries I was about to return it. The customer service/FAQ/support is a joke honestly but I was like, maybe it's the size. So I changed it to 100x150mm and bam! It started printing. I printed 2 labels and 2 images successfully from my android phone. It really is user friendly just the support was lacking. I love the color and it's both fast and efficient. Would purchase again now that I know what the issue was. I have not tried it with any computers as I mostly use my phone for everything.

Ich betreibe einen kleinen Onlineshop und habe mich endlich für einen Bluetooth Versandetikettendrucker entschieden die beste Entscheidung, die ich seit langem getroffen habe. Dieser 4x6 Thermoetikettendrucker funktioniert genau wie versprochen. Die Einrichtung war überraschend einfach einfach per Bluetooth mit der App verbinden, und schon kann es losgehen. Falls Sie lieber vom Desktop aus drucken möchten, lässt sich der Drucker auch per USB verbinden. Die Druckqualität ist superklar und scharf perfekt für Barcodes und Logos. Er druckt schnell und da er thermisch ist, werden weder Tinte noch Toner benötigt, was auf lange Sicht eine Menge Geld spart. Ich verwende ihn bei Etsy und Shopify und er verarbeitet 4x6 Etiketten problemlos. Er erkennt die Etikettengröße automatisch und richtet sie jedes Mal perfekt aus. Da er außerdem kompakt ist, nimmt er nicht viel Platz auf meinem Schreibtisch ein.
