I was so glad to find these limes freeze dried, I neglected to realize they weren't organic. I live in a tiny town, 10 miles from a small town, where no one knows what organic is. I order everything from Bolo. I much prefer freeze dried over air dried or sun-dried stickiness. I feel like you maintain more of the smell, vitamins, color, taste, and overall quality, in products that are freeze dried, making it worth paying a little extra. While these limes look great, I'm bummed that they aren't organic. I don't know whether to take my chances and add them to my Fire Cider or buy fresh and use vinegar and baking soda on them. They really look like good quality, and I take the blame for being in a hurry and not reading the full description. I hope freeze dried organic products become more available.

I was skeptical, but I love them! They smell & look great, and I use them for cake decoration.
Rind included.
Because these included the rind, they were more bitter than the parts I normally use from a fresh lime. I tried these in cocktails and as a garnish, but didn’t find a way to use them that I really loved. However, they were good quality and just as represented, so it’s more a failure of my imagination than a real flaw in the product.
