I never thought I’d buy this if I’m honest, £200 for a controller is ridiculous, I’d say it could be a bit cheaper but it is what it is. It’s a bit of a grey area as me personally I don’t mind the cost especially since all parts are easily replaceable, customisable, the controller feels very good in hand.The weight difference between the Edge and a Standard dual sense is pretty big, Though not actually a bad thing if you’re like me and felt the original was too light.Wish there was more options for paddles as I’m not too keen on either style but they’re still a good addition for the controller, I have found them useful in some games. I just wish also they would actually register as separate buttons, Not sure if all controller paddles are like this but you can only set the paddles to buttons you already use, they’re not registered as individual buttons, they’re either disabled or it’s just having another X, O, or triangle button (or whatever button you bind them to), Not very helpful if you already have the muscle memory for default buttons.But if they could be their own button, it’d be great.The swappable thumb sticks are a huge plus if you have bigger hands too, I found myself slipping off the right stick too much on FPS games so I swapped the thumb stick for a taller one and it’s instantly fixed that problem.Overall, it’s a good controller, sturdy, easy to repair, comfy to hold, good customisation. It would probably be more popular if it was maybe closer to 150 but as I said it is what it is, Can save you money in the long run.I’d recommend it.

This is an amazing controller if you have a PS5 very easy to swap thumb sticks in and out and the back buttons as well . All the buttons are fully customisable with PS5 and easy to use certainly the best controller I’ve ever had 👍now for the downside the battery on this controller is poor you will be lucky to get 4 - 6 hours worth of gameplay, personally that doesn’t bother me as I’m happy to use the wired USB cable you get with it (about 10ft long) which allows you to charge the controller and play with a wired connection as well.It is expensive but for me it’s worth it

The new upgrade for the gaming console is quite a game-changer, it's definitely a step up. While it did hit the wallet a bit harder, the enhancements are worth it in the long run. The graphics look crisper, and the loading times are noticeably faster, making everything feel smoother. Having the additional buttons allows for more complex control schemes, improving overall performance. The added features immerse you deeper into the virtual world, taking the enjoyment to another level. I found myself getting lost in the games for hours, completely forgetting about the outside world. Overall, it's a worthy investment for anyone who's serious about gaming.

Bought this on a whim expecting it to enhance my gameplay, but the muscle memory from using a regular pad meant it was difficult to make full use of the extra buttons. Plus the battery life is dire (3-4 hrs) results in me swapping back to a regular pad anyway - unless you use the cord and adapter which you would use as a 'pro gamer' to reduce input lag - not necessary or convenient for me to use the cable (which is extra long!). It also feels like it weighs slightly more (certainly not due to a bigger battery) so would likely feel like a brick in a child / young teens hands.The extra accessories are good, different shaped buttons to suit different people/hands and the case its all stored in is top notch.Its a great pad, but certainly not worth the cost of 4 standard pads or half a console, especially due to the poor battery - though I expect this is designed/intended to be played predominantly via cable.

Bought the DualSense Edge for my son and he absolutely loves it. He says the customisable buttons, adjustable triggers, and swappable sticks make a real difference – especially for competitive games. It feels premium, solid in the hand, and the build quality is excellent.Since it arrived, he’s returned my original controllers and uses this one as his main – so that probably tells you everything you need to know! The carry case and included accessories are a nice touch too.Definitely pricey, but if you're a serious gamer (or buying for one), it’s well worth it.

Hands down the best controller i've ever used responsive accurate, comfortable.Had to return one cause the thumb stick went a lil weird on day 2 but since being reminded i can replace them with Hall stick then that no issue as it's longevity is at the cost of replacing joysticks which is only around £2-4 to replace them with ones that can last years(TMR or the regular hallstick type).

J'ai récemment acquis la manette DualSense Edge pour ma PlayStation, et elle dépasse toutes mes attentes. La qualité de construction est exceptionnelle, avec un design robuste et ergonomique. Après avoir testé énormément de manettes haut de gamme, autant sur PC que sur consoles, c’est de loin celle que je recommande le plus.Les finitions sont irréprochables, le design sobre et élégant. Dès la première prise en main, on ressent tout de suite la qualité du produit et l’ergonomie est vraiment au top.En plus, elle est très simple à paramétrer, que ce soit sur PC ou console, grâce à l’outil Sony disponible aussi sur PC !On n’est pas encore sur des joysticks à effet Hall, mais ils sont modulables, ce qui est rassurant pour la durée de vie en cas de drift (même si, malheureusement, les modules de sticks sont souvent en rupture de stock).Je recommande à 100 %, malgré le tarif élevé. Pour une manette haut de gamme et la qualité proposée, c’est largement justifié.Espérons que Sony continue sur cette lancée et propose une V2 avec la PS6, pourquoi pas cette fois avec des sticks à effet Hall ?5 étoiles sans hésiter !
