Had some regular wicks to repurpose old candles that never fully burn, melt the wax and put them in a smaller container or combine with others. These are a step up from the string wicks as they stand proud on their own once affixed to the bottom and you don't need to support them until the wax sets. Light and burn well. Pleased overall.

I needed wicks for some homemade candles and got this set out of curiosity as I have never used this type before. It comes with plenty of wicks and the little metal bases you need. They're simple to set up in the jars with the base holder making the pouring process straightforward. Fifty sets is a generous amount for the price if you're planning on making a batch of candles.When lit, these wicks burn nicely and consistently. They give off a pleasant, subtle crackle noise while burning. Perfect for anyone trying out candle making at home or needing a good supply for projects. For larger diameter candles, using two wicks side by side seems to work best for an even melt pool across the top. Overall, I'm pleased with how these perform.

Should have read the reviews before purchasing another duff product on Bolo sadly outside the return window! However you can never tell because so many poor reviews, made lots of candles now I will need to remelt and select and purchase new wicks! Which wick because these do not! Waste of money I would not even give one star! absolutely rubbish

DO NOT BUY! Terrible product. It lights for ten seconds then burns out. Thought these would be better than a normal candle wick. Definitely want a refund.Only putting a star as it won’t let me submit the review without one. Not even worth a star.
