It’s a nice balance of being small enough for children, yet heavy enough (without being too heavy for youngsters). The Velcro strap fits easily around the wrist, and the elasticated string seems to work quite well, without getting in the way of using the ball. I can’t comment on its durability, because it hasn’t been used much … but, so far, so good.

Priced £6.99 at the time of this Bolo Vine review, this is more than I usually pay for this type of item (wrist return ball toy) from a high street shop (usually around £2) and it is a similar quality. However, the one you receive from Bolo.co.uk is not boxed (unlike the high street one) and only comes in a Ziploc type bag. This is a fun product and useful if you have a child always losing balls as this ball is attached to the wrist with a Velcro band and then to the ball with a piece of elasticated string. The ball, with a basketball design, is a solid foam one with bounce. It is quite heavy so considering you attach it to your wrist then it would not be suitable for a very young child but for an older child or teen it would be good. A nice toy but I would wait for it to be on offer or sale before purchasing as the current price point is more than I would pay. However, it's up to you!
