The flavour is really good and I've been enjoying it first thing in the morning and then again if I workout. I really like that it has also got a couple of big hitting vitamins in (including B12), which makes it really good value.

Having moved our household away from artifically laced, supermarket squashe, I'd already been a big fan of Spruce water.I was delighted to see they'd launched an electrolyte and this really hits the spot. The flavour is very sophisticated and refreshing, unlike most of the overly salty, medicinal tasting products out there.This will be my daily hydration drink from now on, I can't wait for more flavours!

I only used 1 very different to my expectation,but drinkable..only used 1 as my " waterworks"feel back to normal (I had run short on my daily tablet) but taking that one put me back to normal

I tried the water flavourings from Spruce previously which are good. These are a step up though, good mix of vitamins, decent ratios of the key electrolytes. Taste is really nice, not salty at all. Mixes well. I normally use them first thing, upon waking, or in the afternoon to get to help avoid the post lunch slump
