Love this product! I was a little skepticial about how effective this would be given I’ve used various appetite suppressant's before which haven’t made any difference. I’m now on day 3 of inara and the cravings have reduced significantly, inara is helping to alleviate the food noise in between meals allowing me to make healthier choices rather than craving stodgy sugary foods. This also tastes great which is a massive plus and it doesn’t make me bloated like some of the other suppressants on the market

Really impressed with how well it’s helped with snacking and cravings, been able to avoid sweet treats and crisps much easier on an evening. Taste reminds me of sherbet really enjoy it will buy again.

This item isn’t for me. It tastes like sherbet lemon in a sachet. The reason why this isn’t appealing is because if you take it in the morning like suggested, what is it doing to your cortisol levels. Once your levels are triggered you stop the fat burning mode, hence the weight gain. Didn’t notice a difference I’m afraid, wish it had.

Really pleased with the results, taking Inara stopped me craving the afternoon snacks and helped me loose weight for my summer holiday. It is really easy to take, tastes nice and is quick and simple.

I took these for a full month. I never lost a pound but didn't put any on either. Disappointed with the result because of the price of 60 pounds. Would not recommend for weight loss or craving. I still wanted carbs and chocolate but denied myself aside wanted to get rid of my menopause tummy.
