Only flaw is that it isnât a strong fragrance. On first application it is not as prominent as is ideal, nor does it smell like caramel or vanilla at first. However if you allow it time to develop it begins to smell like the above. If you wish for a stronger more prominent gourmand scent, I would recommend pairing this with a lotion/moisturiser in a similar scent to get your ideal result.

Itâs currently priced at ÂŁ8.99, which feels pretty decent for a 100ml bottle. Iâve been using it mostly on my legs and arms after a shower and it sinks in really nicelyâno weird greasy film or anything, just soft, moisturised skin that feels comfortable for hours.The scent is subtle, which I donât mind too much. Itâs more of a gentle vanilla warmth rather than anything overly sweet or artificial. I wouldn't say it screams caramel, but it does develop a bit more after itâs been on the skin for a few minutes. Iâve layered it with a body butter on top a couple of times to boost the scent and thatâs worked really well.The texture of the oil is spot onânot too thick, but not runny either. It spreads easily and a little seems to go a long way. Iâve even used a drop or two on the ends of my hair when itâs looking dry, and itâs helped without leaving it lank or oily.Overall itâs a handy little all-rounder, and feels more luxe than the price suggests.
