eufy E25 Omni Robot Vacuum Cleaner with Mop, HydroJet System, 20,000 Pa Turbo Powerful Suction, Zero Tangling, Corner-to-Edge Deep Cleaning and Mop Lifting, with Auto All-In-One StationIn the last 10 years we have had 4 other obotic hoover as we have one upstairs and one down stairs at any one time. We upgraded to ones that mopped last time out original ones conked out. This one blows the others out of the water, for how well it works.We have 2 cats including a cream British shorthair that leaves hairs in her wake everywhere she goes. Our previous robots kept the carpet looking half decent, but ever now and then we still needed tp go over it with a proper wired hoover.With this one we don't. It has the power to keep the carpets spotless. There are no hairs left in the pile of the carpet when I go over it with a carpet rake, the extra power this has makes it worth the price as we no longer need an upright as one session of it coming out a night and the cat hears and other stuff is all picked up. It also gets into corners better than any other robot we have had in the past.We had it set up and connected to the wifi in a few minutes, and wifi connectivity was simple and quick. It plots the rooms for the house and knows which ones to just hoover, and which ones that need to be mopped as well. Unlike our other mopping robot, there is nothing to swap over in between mopping and hoovering. Both dust and water are self emptying. About once a week, we top up the water tank and empty the dirty water.The speed it picks up is good, it doesnt need to go round again to do a good job. I really believe that this one is faultless and is a noticeable step up from others we have had, one of which was in a similar price range even though the mopping feature wasn't automated like this one. We ruled out all the big brands like Shark and Dyson from reviews and we are very glad we choose this. At £699 on offer it was worth the money.It comes out every night after we have gone to bed and it never gets stuck or picks up wires as the obstacle detection is really good. It even has a light so it can identify things in the dark. If you are stuck for which one to go for and are worried if the extra cost of this is worth it, I would say yes it is. It looks smart too.

I ended up buying the 15C max in a Black Friday deal for my house and loved it so much that I ended up getting the 30C max too!I live in a three storey house so having two makes it much easier as I can do my top bedroom and the whole of the downstairs without doing anything. Then I just move one of them to the middle floor and we’re golden!!The reason I picked up the 30ac is because I have a table with angled legs on it and the 15C max kept trying to mount the legs or getting stuck underneath. So I picked up the 30C max (which is identical, other than it can use the magnetic boundary strips) so that I could cordon off an area. Firstly I’ve placed the strips under the legs of the table and it actually stops trying to mount them! Problem 1 solved. However problem two still exists.The gap is big enough for the vac to get under and clean beneath the table which is good, however due to the angled legs , it still gets wedged.As the strips are a thick black strip, I really don’t want to just stick them to the carpet as it would be a bit of an eyesore, so my next task is to make an incision in the carpet and put them underneath to stop it going beneath. It means I won’t get robo cleaning beneath the table but it’s better than it getting stuck.I’ve had it many times where I’m out and it gets wedged. A little annoying!!Overall though this vac really is a game changer. It’s so simple to use, picks up dust and dirt really well and leaves my carpet looking amazing. Would I like one that maps the room? Absolutely yes. But they’re a lot more expensive and this is 95% as good to me as a mapping one would be.This is a superb bit of kit, but being honest the only difference is the magnetic strips. So if you have no need to block off an area then I recommend the 15C max as it’s literally identical other than that feature.Alexa works well, the app works well, it picks up lots of dust and dirt, it goes back to its charger when it’s done (when it doesn’t get stuck!) , the timer function is great and you come home to a house that looks clean and fresh. If you’re 50/50 on a robot vac, my advice is do it!!!!

I've been using the eufy E25 Omni for a week or so now, and overall, I'm really impressed. The vacuuming and mopping performance is excellent it picks up dust, pet hair, and debris effortlessly, and the smart mapping makes cleaning efficient and thorough. The self-emptying and self-cleaning base is a game-changer, adding a layer of convenience that makes it feel truly hands-free.The only drawback I’ve noticed is a minor water dripping issue from the mop system. It occasionally leaves small drops of water when the unit is docked or paused mid-clean. It’s not a major problem, but something to be aware of if you’re using it on wooden floors or leaving it stationary for long periods.That said, the overall functionality, cleaning performance, and ease of use make this a fantastic robot vacuum. If eufy can tweak the water control, this would be close to perfect.

Patty (we’ve renamed the E25) does a fantastic job of cleaning up the hard floor in the house! The mapping is decent and it’s relatively quiet when in operation. It’s early days but my only criticism of the vacuum is that you need small vacuum bags for the dust collection - when we’ve had bagless vacuums for a while it is a bit frustrating! I’ve started to notice little water drops on Patty’s adventures so I’ll be keeping an eye to see if it gets worse! Would recommend if you’ve got a messy family!

I have upgraded from a very basic robot vacuum that did also mop but this is much better. The floor is much cleaner. The base station is loud when it's emptying itself but not for long. I haven't used the spot cleaner yet but I'm sure it will be good.

Great as usualI have all of the previous generations and this one is by far the best power wise and smartness it’s actually more smarter than the old version
