Astoundingly fast for an external hard drive. I’m connecting to a MacBook Pro over thunderbolt 4 and am getting extremely fast speeds for this price band. Very much recommended

Bought on offer at £107 but has gone up again so not quite so good value now.One of the few reasonably priced USB4 SSDs. Consistently delivers 2800MB/s read and write on my Mac, which isn't quite as fast as claimed, but still very decent and much better than 10Gbit USB drives.Top does get quite hot in use, but not alarmingly so.Haven't had it very long so can't comment on reliability but have had no problems so far.

Its price drove me away in the beginning. But I need an external SSD of more than 2TB. I bet on this one and thanks that it’s a good investment or gamble.Very easy to use. Just plug-n-use. I use MacOS. I time-machined the whole Mac system, roughly 1.8TB, in 78mins, using the USB-C that came with drive.It’s said that there is an app, iCUE, but it’s not necessary to download it.
Great SSD with a magnetic backing!!
This drive is awesome!! I was surprised when I got the drive and saw that it has a magnetic backing to attach to a phone such as an iPhone. I am using this drive as a Time Machine backup for my Mac Studio M4; however, am going to get another that I can use for the video work I do when I am using my iPhone. I love the compactness of the drive and the speed. This is a great external SSD.

Greatest hard drive I’ve ever owned!
It’s so incredibly fast, and the MagSafe functionally is amazing. I bought a MagSafe arm for my MacBook Pro so I can have it by the screen when playing live. If I had one thing I would change it would be a slightly stronger casing. But it works well for what it is, great stuff.
