My only problem is don’t like the shell of the capsule for me it’s hard to swallow apart from that it’s okay

This UK made magnesium supplement from women owned and run company Bare Biology comes in a big tub of 180 tablets and takes a modular approach to dosage so you can choose to take between 1 and 3 tablets per day, preferably spaced out with meals with 3 giving you your full RDA of magnesium meaning the tub will last between 2 and 6 months. The dose is also split into 3 so that it can be used by all the family from ages 4 and up in various recommended doses:Ages 4-9: 1 capsule per day (if your child can safely swallow capsules)Ages 9-14: Up to 2 capsules per dayAges 14+: Up to 3 capsules per dayThe capsules contain magnesium bisglycinate which is highly bioavailabile and is gentler on the stomach than other forms of magnesium, it also contains MCT oil derived from coconuts to aid absorption. The capsules do not contain any artificial fillers or additives. The capsules are vegan and are easy to swallow. For better absorption you could take this with vitamin D/K2 and this is recommended by the company.Overall I like this product, it is not the cheapest but for me the credentials of the company plays a big part in the value of a product. In this case they are a UK company making high quality products with no artificial additives and are totally open and transparent about their products, with published documents of their own and 3rd party test results on their website so they get a big tick from me. Despite all of this, at £35 a tub they are still top end of the market and I feel I need to knock a star off for this.

I bough these to supplement my Pregnacare as I needed more magnesium, and I just take 1 a day and so far it's stabilised my periods and I'm super happy with it!
