To be honest, I couldn't feel this, I have osteoarthritis all over, of late my left elbow and fingers were causing me a lot of discomfort. So I put it all over the areas, I felt a little heat, on occasion a little nip (that's because I had the setting too high. 0 - 9). Two buttons on the gadget (power, press and hold for a few seconds to turn it on/off) (mode: press and hold to get the red light on underneath the round tip spikes, then keep pressing mode until you reach your comfort level). CHARGE the gadget before use. It comes with a USB lead, and a super soft pouch. 👏🏻

This carpal tunnel massager is wonderful. It combines heat, vibration and pulses to relieve pain and relax your hand in minutes. Its design is comfortable and easy to use, perfect for those of us who work long hours with keyboard or crafts. The difference is felt from the first use!
Effective relief
I suffer from carpal tunnel syndrome, and this massager has been a godsend. From the first week on, I noticed less pain in my wrist and thumb. It's comfortable, easy to use, and deeply relaxes my muscles. Highly recommended!
Doesn't work
I didn't like anything, it turns on, no feeling of the electrical pulse, cranked to the maximum setting! Unless I am dead, I couldn't feel anything that is supposed to relieve pain.
Photos misleading
I like the item but I believe the photos to be misleading and the pulse option to not work at all. The photos show heat coming from the prongs of the unit ,in reality the heat only comes from the small area of the red light. The pulse does not work at all and the item seems to have a very short battery.
