If like us you repair as much as you can yourself before calling or paying a "professional" this silicone grease is going to be worth having. It's perfect for screw together plumbing joints that rely on O rings or rubber seals for a watertight joint, lubricating spark plug threads and battery terminals on your vehicle or if you are a keen RC modeller it can be used on any number of model car, boat etc parts to lubricate and insulate.This is the perfect grease for small electromechanical devices such as vehicle central locking solenoids and cabin heating and cooling flap actuators, it really is a great product to have to hand for lots of domestic, automotive and industrial applications.Here on Bolo you can get these two 57ml pots for £9.98 from the Limino Store, we keep one pot in the drawer at home for clean domestic use and the other in the workshop for car related stuff, the two pot package is a great idea if you need this grease for two different types of application as it saves contaminating one big pot of grease.A firm five out of five stars for quality, quantity, price and performance.

I tested this heat-resistant greaseHere's what I found...Dielectric grease is a lubricant and an electrical insulator that can prevent corrosion, seizing, and shorts in various components so that its main role is in the car. For example, I use it around the high-voltage connection under the rubber boot of the plug wire or the ignition coil to help it slide onto the ceramic insulator of the plug. I have always used the UK brand called "Silverhook".✅ This brand seems to work well - the main difference is that this comes in a tub and a basic brush tool, the Silverhook comes in a tube with a nozzle. A tub helps when you want to dunk and O-ring in it; while a tube makes directing it onto battery cables in the car much easier so plumbers will probably prefer this!✅ It has stayed in place in the car and over a hot water stop cock in the kitchen - so the high melting point claim seems to be backed up in practice.✅ The prices are broadly similar - just 50p/100g differenceCons 👉 It will take a lot to knock "Silverhook" off the top choice, but this does not seem differ in practice with my short term test. This costs £8.84 per g (£8.84 /100 g), the silver hook £9.34 per ml (£9.34 /100 ml).So far - I like this - and would be happy to get it again. If this fails to keep out the damp or it runs away in the heat or dries up inside a year I will be back to update my review.

This is always be good quality silicone grease, it easily lubricates most providing protection. This is very easy to use, and a particularly light the brushes that were provided. Overall great product that works well.

You get 2 x pots of 2oz silicone paste with 2 x brushes, the pots excluding lid is 3.5cm high x 5cm diameter. This is a thick gel consistency almost like vaseline, it worked well when we used it for lubrication at the time of replacing our car battery. Seems to do what it says.

Useful to have around for my myriad of workshop machines and also handy for my car. I like that two tubs are included. Waterproof silicone grease is a favourite of mine due to the versatility of uses and high lubrication it can provide in general. The electrical insulation properties increase the usefulness for some of my kit and is very much appreciated. Good value in my opinion.

I’ve used this type of lubricant for years and there’s no end to its uses, it can be safely used to lub food machines where you wouldn’t want any mineral type lubes anywhere near, I’ve used it extensively in marine applications to waterproof electrical connections, in mechanical seal installations and on and on . The material just lasts and lasts and continues to lubricate and for it to come the way this comes in a little toolbox sized tub x 2 with little application brushes is absolutely perfect. I think every toolbox should have one of these in it and I can definitely recommend this grease all day long

seems okay.You get two tubs about 1 1/2" tall eachThey are sealed with inner foil lids so they wont leak in transit.The grease is about a thick vaseline consistency so you paint it on using the little brushes.I got this for my knitting machines which are plastic inside and improved by the addition of something lubricating without being evaporating or too liquid.This works perfect for that.I think it would be fine for plastic toy mending too.where there are moving parts
