I found these to be very effective after taking a course of them. They are part of my regular supplement routine now. I’d recommend, but stick with them to see the benefits.

I’ve been using these sleep capsules for a couple of weeks now and I do think they help me relax before bed. I’ve noticed I fall asleep a bit quicker and don’t feel as restless at night. I like that they have natural ingredients like chamomile and cherry nothing too heavy.They’re easy to take and haven’t caused any side effects for me. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 just because I still have the odd night where I struggle to fully switch off, but overall they’ve been a nice addition to my bedtime routine.

I honestly didn’t think these would work. I’ve tried a few different ones in the past but these have been the best. I take them about an hour before I go to sleep and they really help my mind wind down from all the overthinking of the day. I have always had issues sleeping and they really help me to drift off peacefully and in much less time than normal. I feel like I’ve had a deep sleep without waking up a million times. I do still wake up but not as much as usual and am able to fall asleep quickly again.They have quite a few good ingredients in are natural, which I love and have also helped my anxiety a little. They are quite pricey but you get quite a few in them and I do find they work, for for me personally, definitely worth the money.I’d definitely recommend.

Tried them for several days and they have made no difference to my insomnia. Again another product that claims to help with sleep issues that does not work.

I’m pleased to say these capsules work rather well for me, and it seems to be a good combination of ingredients. Of the seven included, all seem to be complimentary, and genuinely do seem to provide a balance between relaxation and a better night’s sleep. It’s the first time I’ve had montmorency cherry but with a decent extraction ratio of 10:1 it obviously must be doing something. Having magnesium in a particularly absorbable form is good too as if it’s going to be included here then it’s best to have it in a form well assimilated by the body.Of the other ingredients, chamomile, lavender, purple passion flower, lemon balm and zinc, they’re all well-known for promoting sleep quality and reducing anxiety, and here they’re again extracts so should be quite potent. They’re all seem to be in reasonable amounts too, which are: magnesium (as bisglcyinate) 100 mg; montmorency cherry extract 450 mg; chamomile extract 220 mg; lemon balm leaf extract 100 mg; lavender flower extract 50 mg; purple passionflower extract 50 mg; and zinc gluconate 75 mg. It doesn’t say what the extraction ratio is for the these other herbs nor what the extraction method is (as not all extraction methods are equal), but I can’t deny the capsules work so it all must be sufficient. I think the above dosages are per two capsules, so therefore will be halved with a single capsule, but still taking only one has an effect for me. Also, they’re purely just the ingredients mentioned above, so no fillers or additives, which is good.If taking two at a time, potentially the box only lasts for thirty days so may become a little expensive over time if regularly taking them. On the other hand, it seems to be a good product with a price apparently reflecting quality, and like I use them, can be taken only when needed and not all the time.
