Ich hatte bisher bei den Angeboten von Bulk zugeschlagen, aber seit einiger Zeit bleiben die Preise oben. Deshalb habe ich nach einer Alternative geschaut und diese Erdnussbutter von Vilgain entdeckt und war sehr angenehm überrascht. Mir scheint es, dass sich bei diesem Produkt das Öl nicht so trennt wie von den anderen Anbietern.Am wenigsten hat mir übrigens die Erdnussbutter von KoRo geschmeckt. Ich vermute die haben die Erdnüsse zu lange geröstet.

Preis Leistung Verhältnis ist in Ordnung. Nicht schlecht, aber habe schon besseres gehabt. Aber für den Preis vollkommen ok.
Gutes Erdnussmus mit kleinen Einschränkungen
Ich bin seit meiner Jugendzeit und der Freundschaft mit den Söhnen der damals hier angestammten amerikanischen Streitkräfte ein Fan und mittlerweile wohl auch ein bisschen Experte in Sachen Erdnussbutter bzw. Erdnussmus. Lange Zeit war ich großer Fan von Wehle bis diese anfingen ihr Smooth gröber zu mahlen und man dadurch den Eindruck hatte Ernuss-Sand :-) zu geniessen.Dann Umstieg auf Body Attack Peanut Butter: Soweit ganz ok, aber den Namen fand ich dann nicht wirklich passend, weil ich meinem Körper was gutes antun will und ihn nicht attakieren will :-/.Vit4ever, Calve etc. alles mal getestet. Positiv aufgefallen ist mir das Erdnussmus von KoRo, das ich sogar im örtlichen Biomarkt zu einem guten Kilo-Preis fand. KoRo hat allerdings den Preis im Einzelhandel kurz mal um 1,50€ erhöht. Ok, dann wieder mal bei Bolo nachschauen :-).Und jetzt kommt Vilgain ins Spiel: Minus ganz klar wegen fehlender Herkunft der Erdnüsse, "nur" EU-BIO-Siegel und eine geradezu "soßige" Konsistenz, also viel zu wenig entölt. Somit ist das Mus - selbst nach Umrühren mit Handmixer und Knethaken auf langsamer Stufe (Tipp ;-)) als Brotaufstrich nicht zu verwenden.Der Trick, das Muss im Kühlschrank aufzubewahren ist hier sicher hilfreich.Positiv muss ich allerdings den durchaus leckeren Geschmack bewerten. Daran ist erstmal nichts auszusetzen.Deshalb zwei Sterne Abzug wegen fehlender Herkunftsangabe und zu flüssiger Konsistenz.
