Very poor. As another reviewer has said, the speed/pressure settings make little difference if any, and the pressure is too low anyway. It doesn't hold its charge either. Unfortunately I left it too late before opening it and trying it out so the return window has passed. It's now going to the tip.

Excellent ear wax removal device.I have been suffering with hearing and ear pain problems due to continues wax build up. Trued many ear drops but nothing helped. Tried this device first time and it did magic, started feeling better instantly, Excellent item worth all the money.

Not very happy with this product, I have a blocked ear and I am totally deaf in the other one from birth so needed to unblock urgently, put olive oil in for over a week and I have tried this product now for 5 days twice a day and it’s not shifting anything, it’s just not powerful enough to shoot water out and shift the wax build up so now having to go too a professional and extra cost. That’s the reason I bought this was to avoid going and spending £60 to a professional !!!!

This is really good quality and looks very well made and quite fancy. It worked great on my Dad’s ears which is why I bought it. Wax came out, it didn’t hurt and he says he can hear better now!!

The media could not be loaded. Avoid this product. Does not work as advertised. Speed / pressure settings seem to make no difference, see video for comical example of how bad it is.
