Works for me…. I bought another bigger pot!Helped me stop feeling hungry, but most of all gave me soooo much energy, even my husband commented on that. Have managed to loose some weight too.

Did help feel full, didn't taste bad, easy to use. However, counteracted my contraceptive pill and made it ineffective for controlling my cycles. I had to stop using the powder as it's more important to have my cycles under control unfortunately. It's a great product otherwise.

I've been taking Zen GLP 1 for 10 days now and have noticed i have a lot more energy and I'm not eating as much as i usually do because I'm feeling full for much longer. I've been using my rowing machine for longer than I'm usually able to so I'm assuming Zen is doing what i need it to do. Would definitely buy again, its tasteless and easy to get down the hole.

I am a frequent gymer and I can easily eat enough to feed a family of three. I got this to help me reduce my appetite as suggested by my physician and it has worked wonderfully. I use it with a cup of water at arround 8am with a light breakfast and that would curb my hunger for the rest of the day. A plate that would usually take me minutes to finish, took me almost 3 hours to force myself to eat it all to ensure im still getting proper nutrients in my system. If you are looking for an appetite suppressant then this may be the product for you. It literally has no taste and you can mix it in with any drink with no influence to the flavor. Its great value for the money you spend. After about 3 days of use even on my fourth day i still felt full and unable to take in my regular amount of food consumption. I take it once a day with breakfast for three days and skip the following three days but so far it has worked amazing for me.

Terrible. Never worked . All it was was fiber and nothing much else. I have bread with more fiber in it and it still doesn't keep me from wanting to eat more. Complete waste of time and money. Plus it just added more calories to my day.
I’ll reorder to continue process
After a week, I have not lose any weight. But, my stomach is less bloated. I did experience some headache the first few days. But nothing bad. I’m going to reorder and continue to use it to see if the weight loss will kick in. I’m watching what I eat and excerising. One container only lasted a week, so it’s expensive for the size. It mixes easily with hot or cold.

Listen!! I been taking this stuff for 4 days. I do feel a LITTLE hungry but if I eat a little something I’m so full, so next week I’ll try to keep healthy snacks around. The most important thing I noticed is I don’t get sleepy so quick at work AND I DONT CRAVE SWEETS!! That in itself a miracle. lol. I also have a good BM the next day. So I think when I prepare my healthy snacks to have on hand and drink my water, I’ll see some results in weight loss. Oh and make sure u eat/drink some protein BEFORE drinking this. It makes a difference. I like this. I’ve already ordered another one to have on hand ☺️
