They are easy to swallow. I felt their effects almost immediately. I feel I have more energy and I take them along with diet to lower my cholesterol. I recommend them. I think they are reasonably priced.

Good quality product. This product taste nice and easy to swallow.it does exactly what was said in the description. It has improvedmy sleep quality and improved my energy level. I felt no side effectsat all.

The claims this products manufacturers stateI can’t seem to get those benefits in fact I don’t feel any difference taking them at all sleep quality was actually worse with these and I was even slightly grumpy and sharp so no effect except maybe for the worse on me , energy levels went slightly down and now I have stopped taking them sleep and generalMood has reverted back .. for me they just don’t work in the way claimed

Going through the menopause feeling moody and low a friend recommended these to me which I tried. My mood lifted after a few days of using. I took them for around 6 or 7 weeks. Have not used them since as find myself feeling fine. I would use them again should I need to. I recommend to get you over a rough period.
