It’s easy to use with the remote. I like the different modes and intensity levels, it helps a lot with muscle relaxation and pain relief. Overall, I’m happy with the quality and performance.

Absolutely love it. Initially I was thinking what the hell is this, but i honestly love it. Someone who is always active, this is a great little tool for recovery. The little pads are fantastic. I use it on my back and it does miracles! Cant recommend enough!

Honestly thought I was using this wrong as I actually found it shockingly painful on setting 1. Thinking I was just overly sensitive I pushed through and used for about 5 minutes on various settings. They all did different things / have a different sensation but ultimately all the same painful experience. Got my 18yo daughter and then my partner to try it later in the evening to check to see if I was going nuts.3 hours later I still have pins and needles sensation in my smaller toes and my legs feel a little strange as does my daughter.Do not recommend.

I have weak ankles and calfs are painful, plus my knee really painful, it helps me very much, when I visit my son or daughter they have 4 flights stairs , my legs hurt , before I got it I want out , the next day , I could hardly move, I want to my son's , I used before I went , and then next morning , my knee less painful, my calfs don't hurt.
