Cant really fault the cable just wish it came in a longer version. Does a good job delivering plenty power for devices, coils up well, and is braided so lasts well too. Also not as expensive as some others. Really rate UGreen products

PROS-passes data quite speedily (tested R: 3166MB/s W: 2329MB/s using a Thunderbolt 4 enclosure containing a Gen 4 NVME SSD connected to an M1 Mac Mini)-quite low resistance at only 97 milliohms-has emarker which indicates that its Type is “passive Thunderbolt 4 cable” and Speed is rated as USB4 Gen4 40Gb/s (which goes against the listings indication that this is a 80Gb/s cable)-passed 100W to my highest draw device (a 100W video light), using a 140W USB power supply-good strain relief-robust woven cable sheath-solid connectors-very good valueCONS-cable is a bit stiff (no surprise, given all the wires in there and the woven sheath)NOTES-a superlative cable, a rare 5 stars from me-the only disparity is that the emarker states that this is a 40Gb/s cable, while the title states that this is an 80Gb/s cable (sadly, I have no TB5 devices with which to test this)MY STAR RATINGS:1* substandard, mostly cons2** barely acceptable, cons outweigh the pros3*** meets the basic requirements, cons balance the pros4**** good product, pros outweigh the cons5***** exceptional, all (or almost all) pros

great performance, I needed a longer cable for a USB4 external enclosure and this fit the bill perfectly. transfer speeds were right up there with the expected throughput and as with all ugreen products the cable is extremely high quality and very well made.if you rely on a decent connection between your hi speed devices this is a great option.

I bought ugreen power banks 25000 mah 240w and 20000 mah 145 watts and also this cable, I tried this cable with both of these powerbanks they has a display showing how many watts it's using, this cable is charging my laptop and charging the power banks SLOWER than the cable that comes with the power banks, that Is shocking and surprising. I'm think I'll contact ugreen to see what they say about it?

The Cable You Need for Fast Loading and Rendering Large Files!
I encourage anyone who upgraded to the new M4 Pro MacBook I recommend anyone to purchase this cable for your SSD. The standard cable that came with my Samsung T7 SSD was transferring my data to slow when I use Final Cut Pro. I use my T7 SSD for my Final Cut Pro files, and when using the standard cable FCP would take for ever to load renders, video files, etc.With the new cable, the loading and rendering speed is a LOT faster. I can see the blue loading light on the SSD flicker faster as well. You truly unlock your USB4 SSD true potential with this cable.
