These Organic Spree Haritaki tablets are made in India. These are pressed tablets about 1/2 inches in diameter and about a 1/4 inch thick. They're a matte finish and a grey-brown in color. Some may find that these round matte kinds of tablets a bit more difficult to swallow. The bottle contains 120 "veg" tablets, as labeled.Each 2 tablets contains 1200 mg of Haritaki. Additional ingredients include Gum Acacia and demineralized water. These tablets contain only what the label states other than the two extra ingredients, likely used as binders to hold the tablet together.At 120 tablets and at 2 tablets per day, this bottle holds a 60 day supply for $19. That's around $10 for a 30 day supply. This pricing seems a reasonable value for the money. The shields listed for this supplement include USDA Organic, GMP, Vegan and India Organic. Again, these are made in India.One of the purposes for using these tablets is for intestinal distress, stomach pains and other intestinal problems. I've not yet had intestinal distress enough to test the effectiveness of this product, but I have taken it to ensure I have no allergies and I've had no issues. Should I run into any issues, I will update this review.Besides the use for stomach and intestinal issues, it's supposed to also help with mental clarity and focus. I can't say that it's helped me in this specific area, but I will keep a watch to see if it helps improve with focus and mental clarity and update the review with any observations. I didn't actually get the supplement for the mental clarity purpose. I got it for the intestinal remedy potential. I don't always have intestinal issues strong enough to require the use of something like Haritaki.Overall, these pressed Haritaki tablets are labeled as Vegan and are a reasonable value for the money. I'm giving these 4 stars for the quality, it being organic and it only having one primary ingredient. The tablets are not overloaded with a bunch of other herbs, vitamins and minerals. It's about as clean as it can get for tablet. 1 star off this larger sized tablet may be difficult to swallow for some. Because it's not made in the USA, that may be showstopper for some.
