Tastes great and helps me fall asleep but...While the flavour is good and it did help trigger sleep for me. I felt mildly anxious in my sleep and that's when I found out that I might be sensitive to magnesium glycinate which is one of the main ingredients. I probably won't purchase again and will stick to my usual magnesium oxide tablets. Gave it 4 stars as it can still be good for others who are not sensitive to magnesium glycinate.

I was pleasantly surprised at how good this tasted. Almost like refreshers. Taste is really good. Only downside is that hardly even fills half the packet. You get like a quarter of the packet of the powder so that's pretty poor considering the price of it. Definitely should be more product for your money.

I love the trip drinks, but I have to admit, I was skeptical about the taste of the powder. I couldn't be more wrong! It's delicious, not chalky, not gritty (I do shake mine rather than stirring). It's light, tangy and refreshing. I slept like the dead last night as well!

Didn't last a month, tasted awful, had no effect to my energy or well-being whatsoever.
