The wood is smooth and the lines in the wood are attractive. However, the individual pieces are of inconsistent quality. The grooves into which the horizontal section slotted were not the same size, so it took a bit of work to work the right hand side into the groove. The right hand groove is wider than the left, and the height is slightly shorter. Indeed, I had to flip that horizontal bar around to get it to fit, as even this piece was uneven.Nonetheless, for the price, it is a really nice cookbook stand and it can also be used elsewhere in the home, not just in the kitchen.

This is a nice design. One side was so easy to put in place, the other just wouldn't go in. So I had to resort to making the hole larger and the wooden strip smaller so the 2 would join together. The box states " To ensure quality, we test the assembly before shipping"! No they don't. There is no way this would ever fit together without me adjusting the fitting. Lose a star for misrepresentation. The bamboo itself is nice and smooth and looks good.

It's sturdy, attractive, and holds my cookbooks securely. It was extremely easy to assemble.

Das moderne Design wirkt sehr ansprechend und passt gut in jede Küche. Der Ständer ist stabil, hält auch dicke Kochbücher sicher und lässt sich einfach zusammenklappen und verstauen. Un minicaballete muy práctico. Se monta y desmonta muy fácilmente (así puedes guardarlo en su caja cuando no lo uses). En la foto le he colocado un cuadro de 30x40 para pintar siguiendo los números, para que veáis cómo queda.
