I bought this to help improve my posture, and it's worked better than I expected. After using it for a short time, I now find myself standing up straight even when I'm not wearing it. Simple, comfortable, and definitely worth it.

Brilliant! I suffer from lower back pain. Have had acupuncture and massages. The acupuncture did not go anywhere. Massages were better but the relief was short-lived. I bought this Support hoping, but not convinced, that my pain would be dealt with effectively. I wear it for 2.5 hours a day, while I walk my dogs and I cannot believe that I am pain free for most of the day. The Support is comfortable, easily adjusted and I cannot believe how much money I wasted on acupuncture. I would highly recommend this Support.

I'm a 34" waist (male) and bought a medium. It was far too small. The belt velcro fasten only just met around my stomach (I am slim) and it was far too high up the body.I ordered another in Large (i actually debated XL given the size of M).It fits fine but it is not as long as in the image where it meets the trouser belt region.It does help with my posture and pain.I am wheelchair dependent and tend to crouch my shoulders and neck when reading. This item is perfect for combating this.I think it is overpriced to be honest but it looks better than most for half the cost. Which is my reason for 4 🌟.

Delivery was great and arrived as expected. I’m a size 14/16 and purchased the size M which was perfect. Really good quality, stitches immaculate. The fit is flexible with all areas being Velcro, and even at it tightest it’s really comfortable and I forgot I was wearing it. So nice to stand up straight, since wearing it on and off as suggested it’s made me want to pull my shoulders back so 5 star review from me ;-)

As someone who spends a significant amount of time on my feet at work and helping my little ones with crafts or homework, I’ve often experienced back and shoulder discomfort. This back support brace has brought a noticeable change. I use it for a couple of hours most evenings, and it serves as a useful reminder to straighten up whenever I begin to slouch. I value how lightweight it is – once it’s on, I hardly notice it, even while chasing after my 3-year-old or sitting with my daughter during her reading time.Adjusting it was straightforward, although the straps required a bit more effort to get just right. The material feels breathable, which is particularly helpful since I’m always busy. My only wish is that it was available in a slightly longer size range, as I seem to be right on the edge of its fit, but it still works. It’s certainly effective in easing tired shoulders!

Hochwertiges Produkt
Als erstes ist mir die hochwertige Verarbeitung aufgefallen. Habe es zwischenzeitlich auch schon bei 30 Grad gewaschen, es ist in der ursprünglichen Form geblieben. Die Grösse passt wie angegeben. Es sollte schon wie auf dem Foto den Lendenwirbel bedecken damit die LWS entlastet werden kann. Es liegt eine ausführliche Beschreibung vor (ja in deutscher Sprache). Man sollte es anfangs nur kurzzeitig tragen und dann täglich steigern. Ich habe oft Schulter - Nacken- Probleme, die seit ich es trage nicht mehr aufgetreten sind. Es ist durchaus auch zum draussen tragen geeignet. Unter einem T Shirt wäre es wahrscheinlich sichtbar. Wenn man eine Jacke drüber trägt, dann nicht. Ich kann es uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.
