It's very good quality, and the readings seem very accurate when compared to our other oximeter. The display is really helpful, slowing blood oxygen concentration, heat rate with a little trace 'graph' image, breathing rate, and blood perfusion. It's helpful to know the perfusion index (PI), as an added extra, as a measure of reliability. If using the oximeter when the finger is very cold (weather, rain, outdoors etc) this is useful to know on my family members who have Raynaud's. The oximeter is very easy and comfortable to use and comes with 2 AAA batteries.The results are given very quickly, each measurement in a different colour and easy to read from the machine; it can also be rotated for easier reading from a different angle. We were told by a doctor to buy one of these for our son, years ago, and I can't believe how much the price has come down over the years. For a good brand such as Duronic I think this represents excellent value for money.The oximeter is also small for fitting in a pocket or bag, and keeping to hand especially at times when looking conditions flare up, although there's also a neck lanyard so you don't lose it if needing to keep it on your person. I find it very useful for monitoring my own oxygen levels on particular, especially when symptoms flare up. My husband also finds it reassuring to know that his levels are ok. A really useful and well-designed, very good quality device, would recommend for anyone who needs to monitor their blood oxygen levels, pulse, breathing rate etc.

I first saw my Dr using this kind of device some years back, during my asthma examination, and he recommended I get one for checking blood oxygen saturation levels as well as heart rate.Long and short of it is that it has been very handy for me and the family to have this. For anyone who has been injured, or may be ill, it is important to know sufficient oxygen is getting to the brain and organs.It arrives in a small box. Inside you will find the 'Pulse Oximeter', a fine chord carrying loop, two AAA batteries, and two sheets containing basic, multi-language instructions and info on the unit.The unit actually only weighs 28 grams (without the batteries inside). It measures 6cm long, 3cm wide and 3cm deep. It is made of white plastic for the body, with a black screen through which the readout shines. It seems sturdy enough for general use and if stored carefully. To be safe, and not scratch the actual screen on the top, I will be keeping this in it's box.To use, you squeeze the top and bottom of the end of the devise furthest from the small switch on top. It is sprung much like a clothes peg and on squeezing the other end opens to allow the finger to be inserted in between the two halves, nail upwards. Next you press the single black button on top. After a few seconds and assuming the finger is aligned correctly, it gives out the requisite blood O2 level as well as heart rate.What I really like about this unit is that all the info is indifferent colours. The red shows a hospital scanner-like pattern as to the heart rate. Once the finger is removed from the unit, the screen goes off and it goes into standby after 8 seconds.The button on top also allows the info on the screen to be rotated through 360 degrees so it can be viewed from any side.All in all, this compares very well with my old O2 level meter with benefit of a colour screen, and accurate read out after only a few seconds. I compared this to my old meter and it is just as accurate.Of course this is no substitute for going to the doctor. But as an aid, possibly to provide assurance to a worried relative, it is invaluable. So, well worth the money.It is quick to set up: slide off the

My mother is in her late 90s so I like to test her blood pressure and oxygen levels on a regular basis.This oximeter is very easy to use - you just load the 2 x AAA batteries (included) and you are all set. Personally I am not using the batteries which came with it as I had an issue with a different medical product (not Duronic) whose batteries leaked and damaged it, so I prefer to use my own trusted batteries.The oximeter opens the same way as all the others - there is a spring and it opens like a peg and you pop your middle finger onto it and it starts working.The unit tells you the oxygen level and pulse rate, but also other very handy measurements - it also give you the PI percentage (perfusion index) which is always good to know as if this is very low there could be a health issue. It also gives you your RR/minute (ie how many breaths you take per minute).The readings are clear, colourful and easy to understand and it is very useful for every home to have this sort of device at hand, especially if you have members of your family who are young, elderly or ill.It is compact and portable and I am keeping it in the box it came in. It does come with a lanyard, but sadly no storage bag, so to keep it safe you should keep it in its box.I think that at the current price of £9.99 it is very reasonable.

schöner Geret , klein und kompakt auch optisch sehr angenehm.bis jetzt, ich habe ihm aber seit zwei Tagen, funktioniert gut und hoffentlich wird besser hallten als die vorgenge weil die alle anderen waren fertig nach 1 Monat genau, mal sehen....

Strumento a buon prezzo per la misurazione dell'ossigeno nel sangue. Ci offre anche la misurazione del battito cardiaco del PI% (indice di perfusione) e RR/min (frequenza respiratoria).Confrontato con un altro dispositivo che uso da tanto tempo e che si è dimostrato affidabile, questo tutto sommato mi offre gli stessi dati. Va tenuto sul dito abbastanza a lungo da dargli il tempo di dare dei risultati stabili.Il display a colori è abbastanza leggibile, non luminosissimo, ma leggibile. Offre varie possibili tipologie di visualizzazione.

Muy pequeño y útil

The media could not be loaded. La verdad que es un oxímetro súper pequeño, lo cual hace que sea super fácil guardarlo.Para hacerlo funcionar es súper sencillo. Pulsas el botón, pinzas el dedo con el oxímetro y adelante, ya empieza a medir tanto el oxígeno en sangre como la frecuencia cardíaca.Esta genial por que es fácil de usar, muy fácil entender los datos y se ve perfectamente en su pantalla.Después de encender, si se pulsa el botón la pantalla irá girando, lo cual hace que sea aún más fácil ver los datos. Ya que no es lo mismo verlos uno mismo o que los vea una persona que esta enfrente o a un lado. Con este simple gesto, hace mucho más cómodo la medición.Además viene con dos pilas, me hubiese gustado que fuese por usb con una pequeña batería, pero siendo pilas habituales en todas las casas, no debería haber problemas de baterías.Una cosa que no me ha gustado, es que para meter el cordón me ha costado bastante, lo han puesto un poco difícil la verdad. Pero por el resto muy contento

Das Produkt ist sehr gut verarbeitet und ich habe es heute mit einem anderen Gerät oder besser gegen ein anderes Gerät testen können und im Ergebnis haben beide Geräte bis auf manchmal einen Punkt Unterschied genau gleiche Ergebnisse geliefert.Scheint also alles zu passen.Gut gefällt mir bei diesem Gerät allerdings noch die Möglichkeit, das Display per kurzem Knopfdruck jeweils um 90° drehen zu können. So kann man es in der jeweils besten und bequemsten Stellung ablesen.Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis finde ich gut und empfehle das Produkt.
