Size of the backpack exactly as we needed. Quality - nothing to improve, easy to zip and unzip. Design brilliant, bought a lunch box week after with same design. Would recommend.

A lovely bright design backpack with matching pencil case. Lots of different pockets to accommodate various items. The side pockets have additional straps to help hold water bottles in place. There's some padding on the inside that could provide extra protection to electronic devices and the stitching seems to be of good quality but some of the zips had split apart when the backpack was received. This was easily rectified but unzipping and zipping up again a couple of times. Hopefully they will continue to hold together but time will tell.

This is a great school bag for our daughter. It seems a bit of thought went into the design of it as it has plenty of little storage pockets and little additions that make that using it that much better. Example would be the bottle holder in that it can fit longer bottles with an additional strap to stop it falling out.The straps are worth mentioning as they do feel well connected to the bag and, importantly, comfortable to support even after long periods. The strength is important as books are not light these days.Lastly, the design, my daughter went for the white strawberry and it does look very good and chances are not many of this pattern would be seen at her school. Yes, there is a matching pencil case as well.Pricewise, I feel this is on the money for the quality of the product and the design thought that went into it.

I got this for my Goddaughter and she is really pleased with it. She likes the pattern and the size of the bag for school. The little pencil case is a cute extra too. She says it feels comfortable in her shoulder and likes the pockets

The pencil case it comes with is ok but the backpack itself is amazing.It’s lightweight with nicely padded straps which make it comfortable to have on your back.It’s very spacious and can hold a lot.The material is waterproof and easy to wipe clean.The pattern is great. The water bottle pockets actually work.This is a great backpack for school and a reasonable cost. Very happy with this bag
3.0 out of 5 stars Roomy but awkward and uncomfortable with prolonged use
You can’t fault this bag for size - there are lots of pockets to keep things in. The design of it is quite awkward, though. The fabric overhang to protect the zip on the largest pocket frequently gets in the way of zipping it up, as do the straps on the side pockets. I understand why those straps are there (to help secure umbrellas, etc.) but they make using the pockets fiddly as well.Despite the manufacturer’s claims that the backpack is ergonomically designed for a perfect fit and to protect the spine, it isn’t well-shaped and there isn’t enough padding and support. After an hour of walking around carrying my laptop in it, my lower back and shoulders really felt it in a way they don’t with my usual backpack.
