These have been very good for me so far helping my IBS and other digestive issues a lot, so I'd definitely recommend giving them a try.

It's hard to write a review about a product like this until you've used it for a while and so can begin to get some sense of what it's done for you. I've been taking these religiously for a few weeks and I'm not terribly impressed. Like most brands in this sector the marketing is full of hype that attempts to make the products stand out as doing something their competitors don't do as well, or at all. Hybrid Health are not different in this regard.However I remain unconvinced that these are doing anything that other brands don't do just the same and possibly better. Mind you these are pretty cheap. Of course that's just my very subjective experience, assessed in terms of abdominal comfort, digestion and of course bowel movements. They're easy enough to swallow, but that's a pretty low bar in a capsule.Personally I'm unlikely to buy these again not because they upset my stomach or caused me any problems, but because I honestly didn't notice any real difference - and I have noticed a real difference with other probiotics that cost not very much more. Again that could easily just be because as an individual these particular strains or the form in which they're delivered isn't quite hitting the bullseye. We're all different!
