This reaction training light can be used for multiple purposes it improves responsiveness coordinates your eyes, hands feet and brain enhances your body through sound and flash with reflects training. There are four mods random mode running back mode finding different mode and sequence mode all four should be very useful it has a USB charging port During training. The lights will pop up randomly and the trainer needs to react as fast as possible touching the light with his hand, it’s used for several sports and fitnesses. It is a compact design and good value for money.

They were really bas do I returned them no where near as responsive as I thought hey would be

My son boxes and wrestling I purchased these to help build up reaction time he loves this. We use the different settings whilst in press up position. But al set them a part about 3 meters and so like a bleep test to increase his stamina. Easy to set up even for a 5 year old, he does this after school without hesitation.

Which was £61.99 at the time.Everything connected with no issues.All 3 light “pucks” worked great.You press hold the “play” button on the remote to the remote on and off.Not sure if you have to link them each time you turn them on.The 6 version will make this more fun and challenging.3 is okay as a start or for kids…I’ve not explored it fully, so the 4.5/5 rating is based on my first impression and how everything just works.Haven’t tested the 2hr charge time (all pucks and remote can be charged at the same time, win!), and 10hrs of use. Not sure if you can turn off the beeps, and practice with it silent either.

These are good for reactions both physical and cognitive, my lad races bmx and we've been using them near each other and also further apart for springs, you get included a remote control and also sticky backed magnetic patches so you can mount them on walls and other places, so far no issues and my lad loves playing with them so they get the recommendation from us.
