The shampoo dispenser works well and distributes the shampoo evenly.The brush gives a decent massage and removes some hair but could probably do with being a bit stiffer.Very good for sensitive dogs

Why did you choose this product over others?:Was cheap but is rubbish broke on 2nd use but beauts over 30 days you can’t return it or replace it so if you buy something on here and it breaks after 30 days you’ve had it Bolo don’t want to know and I’ve been a loyal customer up till now I would like to update I managed to eventually contact Bolo and they did refund me in full

It's not that the product isn't good, it works but I didn't like it because I lost the sensitivity that our hands give us when rubbing the soap on the dog, so I still prefer to use my hands.

Worked for a while then the stopper/filler shrunk and no longer works. A piece of junk.Works as a scrubbing brush but the shampoo reservoir is useless.
