Bought these to try and tackle arthritic flare ups but I can't really say whether they've been effective or not because the thing with my flare ups is they do go after a while. Did these speed up the "flare down" process? No, not really. Will they prevent flare ups happening again? Doubtful. Will they decrease the frequency of flare ups long term...? Who knows. Packaging is funky and being in 'easy to swallow' form are the only positives so far. Might try them for a bit longer and report back...

Excellent natural treatment for water retention and gout
I no longer have problems with water retention on my legs and less inflammation also. I used to get gout in my toes and it has now disappeared. Very happy with this product!
Great Product for Gout Prevention
Great product, I stopped taking these as a preventative measure for gout and within a week I go the first signs of an attack. I’d recommend them to anyone.

These really work.
It has long been a known for ages that tart cherries can help to alleviate gout symptoms by lowering uric acid in the body, but their high price is a problem. Plus, if you find and take actual tart cherries, you are supposed to consume about 16 or 18 of them daily, which is a bit much. These tart cherries caps are the answer to both problems. I take one in the a.m., and another in the p.m. , and the results have been nothing short of amazing.
