Looks great nice to be on did have to the company how to remove the battery pack. Customer service rang me to explain the way to remove it very helpful and friendly talked me through it, thank you Ivy I love my scooter . And would recommend and would buy again from this company thanks

After the initial battery problem with my Mobility scooter (the battery supplied refused to hold any practical amount of charge) and after receiving a, free of charge, no qualms, prompt replacement from the suppliers, the machine has proved to be quite a nice piece of kit. Once folded, fitting into the bootof the car, a bit snuggish but easily in the car for transportation. On arrival it was ready for action in seconds, my wife managing easily to reassemble. It proved invaluable, easily navigating, into all the shops at a busy retail park without any noticeable battery drain, I'm quietly pleased with my new toy, should be a great help in getting me out and about.

This scooter looks lovely, it is lightweight and exactly what I need as I am no longer able to walk unaided. I believed it to be good value for money and it was delivered swiftly.It started making a terrible knocking noise within a fortnight and despite regular emails they have told me to wait for new wheels and not to use the scooter. It has now been 3 months and I am still waiting. There is no sense of urgency and no understanding that a customer who buys a mobility scooter does so for a reason, it just so they can have fun in it! So disappointing and has made my life incredibly more frustrating! Do not recommend at all!

This mobility scooter is exactly what I needed. It does exactly what it says. Robust, has controls that are easy to use and manoeuvres with ease. Loving being able to get out and about. Thank you.

Customer Service were extremely helpful. As I gave my address instead of my mums intended address. No problems at all. The mobility scooter is a really lovely colour red. And it’s just lovely the seat is a good size for more portly derriers.

I review with a caution! I bought this scooter 2nd November 2024 It looks great does what it claims on the advert gets you from A to B but on occasion, on a hill the brakes let me down by rolling back even when I've turned the scooter off. They respond after a moment but it is momentarily startling. The accelelerator also takes a few seconds to respond. After a month or so of use the wheels started to make fairly loud clicking sounds and has continued to do so. The reverse beeper is EXTREMELY loud and is embarassing in public. It was half the price of the others similar to it so I don't expect it to last!
