Heavier compared to my old iron which means, rather than constantly flipping it on to its heel, being able to slide it off the clothes on to the ironing surface is going to save wear and tear on my wrist. As with everything new, it took a a few minutes to understand and adapt to its controls but once mastered I couldn't be happier. It's a quality product, removes creases well especially with the steam on.My regret now is that I didn't buy it sooner.
