The first thing I noticed was the size of the bottle which is about 6.5cm wide x 15.9cm high. That is mostly due to the fact that the gummies are bigger in size than most. Magnesium is important as it helps with having a good night sleep which I always need help with.These are a tasty way of having magnesium, as soon as you open the bottle you can smell the tropical flavour. That flavour does linger behind in your mouth. The gummies themselves don't stick in the bottle and are slightly sticky in the mouth. You can either just chew them and be done with, or let them slowly dissolve in your mouth.BUT these are not the most healthiest way of having magnesium as them is plenty of sugar a number of varieties. The bottle isn't the most portable due to its size. I have tried a variety of gummies from this brand "Known" and some have been really good to some being average to good. Another plus for some people is these are halal. Overall good gummies with added Vit B6, vegan option but is a sugary version.

They are brilliant ! love the taste really juicy. Thewy work great too as a relaxant while i am slowing down to get ready for sleep time. I use them along with my other herbal tablets and the combo works just fine. Thank you

The gummies have a good texture. They didn’t stick together in the jar and had a pleasant texture when eating. They were soft rather than chewy but not squishy! Gummies are a good way of taking supplements and my usual problem is to keep to the dose because they can be a bit moreish. I didn’t really take to the flavour of these though although my husband was more neutral about them. I have removed one star because of the flavour but that is, to some extent, a matter of opinion. They have a good BB date, mine being around eighteen months from the time of receipt. Worth trying, I think. The current price of £14.99 for a month’s supply, represents good value. Recommended.

Achtung diese Gummies sind EXTREM sÜẞ! Ich hatte die Rezensionen die darauf hinweisen gelesen, bin jedoch nicht davon ausgegangen, dass so viel Zucker in einem Gummie steckt, es ist mehr Zucker, als Nahrungsergänzungsmittel. Dieses Produkt verfehlt für mich leider den Sinn einer Nahrungsergänzung und ich finde es verdächtig, dass der Hersteller weder auf der Verpackung, noch in der Beschreibung eine Gramm Angabe bezüglich der Zucker Menge machen kann. Sicher sie schmecken lecker, aber nochmal werde ich sie nicht bestellen, einen Zuckerschock braucht mein Körper auf diese Weise nicht.
