Flavour is gorgeous. Quality product. Lovely texture and easy to chew. Great value for money. Nice blackcurrant smell. My energy level has increased since starting on these. Highly recommend.

With any natural supplement it's always a bit hard to know if it works or if you just think it does.These are easy to take, with a pleasant taste and no nasty aftertaste.As to whether they work - well I personally have not noticed any real difference in how I feel, but then it's the winter and most of us don't feel full of beans through the shorted days, but that does not mean that they do not work for all.At £15.29 for a month's supply they are not cheap but if they work then they are certainly worth investing in.
