If you love a challenge and you have a delicate hand this will be ideal for you very good value for money giving us many hours of family time

Very poor construction details. Miniscule parts, you need to be Very very careful not to lose them.Supplied with glue which is a plus. To be able to build this successfully you need to visit you tube, and even then it is only a 50/60 minute tutorial. No missing parts. Value for money was ok as it had a discount voucher.The construction is extremely fiddly and you need 20/20 vision or a good magnifying glass.IAs stated earlier, the ease of assembly relies on your personal experience of micro builds and watching you tube videos. This project is not for a beginner in the world of miniatures.You also need good strong tweezers, a sharp craft knife, extra fine sandpaper, (I use an emery board)Really sharp scissors, a ruler, a sticky block, (see you tube for now to make) I ha e.I am sure when finished this will be a thing of beauty. It will not be a quick build.I have done numerous mini builds but can honestly say this is the hardest one I have experienced.rvThe three star rating is sadly based on build instruction.All in all a nice build but lack of cohesive instructions let it down.Recommend to expert mini builders.ry!bymini build butI

I love crafts like this, especially ones you can display afterwards, and this tiny school of magic room dollhouse did not disappoint.The full colour instruction manual is detailed, which is a good job as there are numerous tiny pieces to separate and assemble.It comes with everything you need to assemble, apart from tweezers and CR1220 battery for the LED lights. The pieces are tiny so do require tweezers otherwise you will find it very frustrating.This is definitely for age 14 plus as advertised, I found it relaxing to do but you do need a lot of patience for the fiddly bits!It looks amazing in my home office nestled between my craft books. It is a talking point amongst visitors.I thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend.

This two storey mini house comes beautifully boxed and contains lots of pieces. You also get a few tools - ruler, tweezers and white PVA glue/"alcohol glue" (a clear glue). I had a musical box included in my kit but I don't see this mentioned in the instructions. I've so far only managed a couple of cupboards and a table. The glue takes a long time to dry and at times wouldn't stick, so I chose to use hot glue, but ended up with a bit of a mess. The wooden pieces need to be cut out using a craft knife at the connecting sections, but this caused some unsightly chipping on my pieces. The larger sheets used to decorate the walls/floors have been folded in an awkward place which has created a crease that's in the middle of the pattern. Despite this, it's still fun to build and the instructions are clear. It's also a perfect scale for Sylvanian Family figures and LOL Surprise tots.

parts missing, the glue included was like trying to work with sticky candy floss and didn't work very well, even using the correct tools the smallest thinnest bits broke, the instructions are so vague I spent an hour looking for a part that I realised in the end I already had used I just needed to apply another bit to it!! the paper parts are so thin once glued down they look awful.. very poor quality

This is not for kids! It's a very detailed micro build with many fiddly parts. Everything in my set was complete, but it took plenty of patience and care to complete. A sharp craft knife is helpful to have in case of any pieces that are not quite cut sharply out of the box. And also tweezers for places some parts if you've got big fingers! Very rewarding though, it's a fabulous display item on my bookshelf now it's finished. Reasonable value for money.

Facile da montare??? NO!!!
