I have really mixed feelings about this product. Despite what is claimed, this is not black seed oil but rather extract of black cummin seed. There is a difference.I am tempted to suggest that it would be more beneficial to buy and eat black cummin seeds as they will contain some oil.Very easy to take as the extract is contained in capsules. I cannot comment on health benefits as I cannot use them in the same way I would the oil. However, the price is cheaper enough for a month's supply. I cannot say that it has given me any greater energy or that there are any particular health benefits. Similarly quality is untested as it is an unusual product. Personally, I would rather eat raw seeds, or just take the actual oil.

I am enjoying taking these black seed oil capsules. They are easy to swallow and tasteless. I do feel my mind feels a bit clearer when I take them and they have a range of health benefits.

I started to take black oil seed capsules on my son's recommendation a while ago and while being healthy can be attributed to other factors as well, my blood pressure is much better than it has been for a long time... I can see a connection here.The capsules are easy to swallow and they have no flavour. Best before date and batch number are printed at the bottom, so there's some quality control in place.

I was disappointed with this Product . I have had a bottle of black seed oil before & capsules . They were as you would expect . Liquid inside . Well oil . These were powder and just not for me ..
